Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or automation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering AI and automation projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Deep understanding of ethical AI practices and the ability to implement them in a corporate setting.
- Experience with project management and agile development methodologies.
