- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate long-term business goals into actionable technical roadmaps and product strategies.
- Prototype Development: Design and prototype next-generation AI models, focusing on scalability, ethical AI, and real-time decision-making capabilities.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and architects on future-proof coding practices and architectural patterns.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on the vision for the next decade.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning leadership.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing integration) and adapt systems accordingly.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing large-scale technical teams and cross-functional projects.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
