Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmap specifically focused on Year 2026 goals and milestones.
- Tech Forecasting: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Operational Readiness: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to ensure seamless compatibility with future Year 2026 infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex future scenarios and strategic plans to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal innovation sprints to prototype Year 2026 solutions and concepts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Leadership, or Future Studies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 years) and translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, including SaaS, Cloud Architecture, and AI integration.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects.
