Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory, cloud services (Azure/O365), and security protocols
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology upgrades
- Conduct user training on new systems and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize critical issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
