- Supervise 10-15 weekend warehouse staff and daily operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment

- Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed
- Conduct weekend shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during off-hours
- Inventory management system knowledge (SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-6PM)
