Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Perform quality control inspections and maintain inventory accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Basic computer proficiency with WMS systems preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Background check and drug screen required
