Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management processes and stock replenishment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding workflow and bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Willingness to start immediately with a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
