Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving and shipping operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization using our inventory management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read work orders and labels accurately.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols.
