Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Inspect and prepare pallets for shipment using shrink-wrap machines
- Maintain clean, organized workspace to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend shift targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6AM-2PM)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification
