Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and address critical alerts during weekend shifts.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the on-call engineering team for escalated issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical incidents and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
