Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients via phone, email, and remote access during weekend shifts.
- Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Assist in the implementation of new software patches and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer service role.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
