Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and manage inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following OSHA standards
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety protocols
- Process orders and prepare shipments for distribution
- Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet targets
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6am-4:30pm)
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
