Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to internal employees and clients via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Log and track all support tickets in the CRM system to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to resolve escalated issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure operational stability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or help desk roles is highly desired.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus.
