Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal staff and external clients during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs of technical support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team lead to improve support processes and documentation.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational before the start of each shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
