Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations with 15+ direct reports
- Optimize inventory management systems for 24/7 fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols achieving <0.1% incident rate
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for weekend shipments
- Analyze operational KPIs to drive efficiency improvements
- Train and mentor staff on new technologies and procedures
- Manage weekend customer escalations with SLA compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehousing
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
