Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift staff, ensuring optimal customer service and operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations with professionalism
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet weekend targets
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance procedures
- Train and mentor new team members on weekend-specific workflows

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or customer service
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)

- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments

- Valid driver's license for occasional store transfers
