Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, workflow, and productivity levels during weekend shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates and drivers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to prevent stock shortages.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate key metrics to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
