Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and team coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Train and mentor 8-12 weekend shift team members

Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
