Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend shift teams to achieve operational targets
- Monitor inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional departments for efficient weekend operations
- Resolve escalated customer and operational issues with urgency
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for weekend workflows
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
