Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and mentor 10-15 team members during peak weekend shifts
- Implement inventory management systems and cost control measures
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges in real-time
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless weekend service delivery
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to manage high-volume weekend operations
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Flexible weekend availability (Friday-Sunday shifts required)
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Valid Louisiana Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
