Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to weekend shoppers
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling best practices
- Manage inventory and merchandising displays to optimize weekend sales opportunities
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures for weekend shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (7 AM - 5 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license preferred
