Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend production team of 12+ associates across 3 manufacturing lines
- Implement and maintain quality control standards with ISO 9001 compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using lean manufacturing principles
- Conduct daily shift briefings and safety protocol enforcement
- Manage inventory control and material handling systems
- Coordinate machine maintenance schedules with engineering team
- Generate shift performance reports for continuous improvement
- Train new weekend associates on SOPs and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification and strong safety leadership background
- Proficiency with MES systems and inventory management software
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday oversight
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean MVR
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
