Responsibilities
- Delicate personalized patient care assistance during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and requests
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience or CNA certification
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Ohio state nursing assistant license (if applicable)
- Background check and drug screen required
- Proficiency with electronic health records systems
