- Manage and resolve customer tickets and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on weekend coverage.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to clients.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer support or technical helpdesk experience preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
