Job Overview
In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while managing store operations during peak weekend hours. This is a hands-on position requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, high-quality customer service to drive sales and satisfaction.
- Manage cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a focus on conflict resolution and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during the weekend shift.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with computers and POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
