Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds with efficiency and care.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer and math skills for transaction processing.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
