As a Weekend Shift Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find products while maintaining a dynamic shopping environment. This role requires weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) and offers immediate start dates for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Organize and merchandise displays to maximize visual appeal and sales
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students encouraged to apply)
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) mandatory
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
