Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials and products.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders while maintaining precise inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily throughput goals and deadlines.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and interpret shipping labels.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
