As a Weekend Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales during our peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and answering their inquiries promptly.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing product recommendations, and explaining features.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and credit payments with precision.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are visually appealing and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and goals.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
