Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving/shifting merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holiday shifts
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and mobile payment technologies
