Responsibilities
- Manage patient intake, scheduling, and registration systems during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient flow
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with weekend inventory management and supply restocking
- Support weekend telehealth appointment coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years healthcare administrative or patient coordination experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/Meditech a plus)
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-6PM)
