Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend supply chain operations across 3 fulfillment centers
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ warehouse and logistics staff
- Implement real-time inventory management systems
- Resolve operational bottlenecks with data-driven solutions
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize weekend delivery routes using proprietary software
- Generate performance reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years in logistics/supply chain management
- Weekend shift experience required
- Strong proficiency in WMS and TMS platforms
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proven team leadership in high-volume environments
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Valid California driver's license
