Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac platforms.
- Assist users with password resets, VPN access, and software installations.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts during weekend shifts.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to resolve complex network connectivity problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or helpdesk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and VPN configurations.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
