Responsibilities
- Execute data entry and validation tasks for incoming weekend datasets with 99.9% accuracy.
- Generate and analyze weekly operational reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot database systems during off-peak hours to ensure seamless Monday morning transitions.
- Collaborate with the central IT team to implement weekend-specific data protocols.
- Assist in the migration and archiving of legacy data systems.
- Monitor system performance metrics and alert management to potential bottlenecks.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all completed assignments before submission.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience with database management systems and data entry software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines without supervision.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of computer hardware and software.
