Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate solutions.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and document recurring technical bugs.
- Manage high-volume ticket queues with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associateās degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
