Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash handling duties.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and courteously.
- Assist in maintaining store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all patrons.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
