Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, processing transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the floor team to drive sales and achieve daily performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and organizing new stock.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods with comfort.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
