Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for timely shipping and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse workflows and productivity.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and handle equipment responsibly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (certification provided if needed).
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
