Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all packaging meets safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but we provide training for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
