Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory using barcode scanners and RF devices.
- Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Assist in reporting damaged goods or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
