Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to process inventory efficiently.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select, pack, and label products according to customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and identifying discrepancies.
- Load and Unload Shipment: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring proper documentation and safety protocols are followed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and workstations.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality.
- License: Valid Driver's License is preferred but not always required.
