Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Load and unload materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we offer on-the-job training.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work varied shifts.
