Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship customer orders using barcode scanners and packing equipment
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment per OSHA standards
- Assist with receiving shipments and verifying against purchase orders
- Adhere to company policies and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
