Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Check incoming stock for accuracy and document any discrepancies immediately.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack items securely and prepare shipping labels for outgoing orders.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders according to daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
