Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and ship products using automated systems
- Inspect goods for quality assurance and damage
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via digital scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in 5S workplace organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts (day/night options)
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso facility
