Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy standards
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse management system
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and receiving shipments
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime as needed
