Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper handling of fragile items.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with speed and precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail operations preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are recommended.
