Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and clutter-free to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
