Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across departments during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records and ensure documentation accuracy
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Collaborate with on-call physicians and nursing teams
- Handle emergency triage situations following protocols
- Train new weekend staff on department procedures
- Prepare weekend shift reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare coordination experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Colorado state healthcare license (or actively pursuing)
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
