Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak weekend shopping hours
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and manage cash handling
- Stock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure product availability
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the sales floor and checkout areas
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh location
